Unlike you, I do not hate you despite our disagreement. In fact in following in the Divine model of Jesus, I love you despite your mortal sin of wrathfulness. I pray for your soul

First of all, there is no such thing as mortal sin - that's a man made teaching and not biblical.

And since that's not biblical it's no wonder you're cluelessness about Jesus. Jesus had NO problem calling evil, evil! He told them to sin no more and he turned away from others because he knew they wouldn't accept HIM. The homos continue w/their lifestyle with an 'up yours' attitude. The same attitude I see you giving Jim.

Take you and your mortal sin and go crawl back under your rock. YOU do not speak for conservatives NOR Christians - so refrain from using 'us' in your posts. Your post was repulsive and I didn't read it all - just enough to make me gag!

"There is sin that is mortal; I do not say that you should pray about that. All wrongdoing is sin; but there is sin that is not mortal" - 1 John 5:16-17

Sorry, the idea of Mortal Sin comes from being a Catholic. (You know, the original Church?) It is a concept going back to middle ages.

Can you show me where in the Bible it says to mock those who sin? I don't know who you worship, but it isn't Jesus. Jesus may have called out sinners, he didn't call them names.

Well, I would hate to make you think. Enjoy your narrow circus of orthodoxy, it is the intellectual equivalent of inbreeding.

Very very true. But there was a line He didn't cross. Jesus did not engage in ad hominem attacks on people. He called it evil, showed people what was good and what was evil and left it at that.

Our hope is that these people will see that homosexuality is evil. Those urges are to be resisted and conquered.

Calling people names never wins them over. Ridiculing people doesn't win the over.

The problem with repealing DADT is that it crosses the line into encouraging the behavior. Which is... well sick.
