You are right. They can control their behavior - their desire for deviant behavior and lusts of the flesh and their need for everyone to bow and bless their behavior is stronger than the will to control their own behavior.

And the wusses of the world are more than happy to protect the homosexuals deviant evil behavior. In the days of Sodom and Gomorrah - they would have been destroyed right along with them.

As I responded in #1190 (some thread, ain't it?): homosexuals can control their behavior; what they cannot change is their preference and the desire it generates. Whether you are in the "hard-wired" or "developmental disorder" camp, it is nonetheless involuntary.

That is the problem. Having them serve openly in the military carries huge risks, but we're not supposed to notice... only now, if you're an officer and have a homosexual-related morale problem and try to do something about it... you could be sued. And that, my FRiend, is the plan. Big Picture: it's not about "gay". It's about obtaining the power to transform America into a secular, Euro-style socialist backwater.
