That is how the left works, you give protected group A special privileges for political reasons. If you are against that then you are a Nazi and want to kill them all.
I have talked to people on both sides of the issue, and there are those who have uttered that very phrase, so I use it as an example of the other end of the spectrum from total acceptance, participation, and the forcing it on the rest of society.
Without restraint, either moral or by very rule of law, I believe there are factions on either end that have, or would resort to violence to push their respective agenda.
The point I was attempting to make was that there always is a grey zone.
