There is really only one politician on the current national scene who can do that.
Currently it is winner take all 21 votes.
I've suggested that we got to 2 votes for the overall winner, and one vote for each congressional district, based on how that district votes.
This is legal and is done in two other states.
In reality, this would mean that PA would always go 14-17 votes for the pubbies and 4-7 votes for the demonRATs.
So, even when the demonRATs vote 10 times each in Philly and Pittsburgh, when every brother gets to vote until he's tired, and the big city vote is 125% of the total population, they rats could only get the districts that they stolen which would be 4-7 city districts and the pubbies would win the rest of the votes.
The pubbies control both houses and the gov so this law should be passed and it's on my list and I'm going to visit both my senator and legislator every month, they are not going to weasel out this time.

Freepers should check your state law, and see if this could be implemented, it would require that the pubbies control both houses and the gov and it could work in a state like florida, where most of the demonRAT votes are in Miami, Dade, and around several other big cities, but it could prevent FL from ever going totally demonRAT, regardless of how they cheat, fold, spindle, fondle, and crumble all of the hanging chads.
This could work in every state that has one or two corrupt major blue cities, that manage to steal all of the electoral votes because the demonRATs control the cites.
