You must be a noob on Balkan affairs because your posts are like a bunch of soundbites from the MSM.

Ok if you are such an expert then prove me that my statements are totally wrong?
Oh before i forget it did i mention that i was stationed as a soldier (behind my 12,7) in Kosovo “Camp Casablanca” (does this now make me one of those evil occupiers who just hates the serbs?) some years ago? ;-)

Let’s start here, when did Serbia attack Slovenia? I would really like to know.

Did I mention I had a few friends there working for the US government as translators and friends who served there as well? All talked about the blatant persecution of Serbs and the deplorable living conditions they were in while NATO bureaucrats ignored them.

We have an FR member here that was in Kosovo prior to the bombing who witnessed the blatant attempts to fabricate conflicts in order to contrive a reason to intervene.

What’s your point?

Let's put it this way.
I did seven years during Vietnam. 15 months in country and two 18 month tours off shore & closely involved. Had lots of issues with the "how" but never doubted the "why".
As I've said before in this forum; had I been in the Army when you were in the Army, and when some of my best service friends were involved as civilian contractors, and I'd received orders to where you went, I'd have refused and taken the CM that followed.
It's also pretty clear that you simply don't like Serbs very much. Those "little wars", and centuries of "little wars" in that region, weren't Serbian creations alone, that's why "Balkanization" translates to "an unstable collection of small states".
For practical purposes the Kosovo goat-roping was (a) Muslim versus Christian, (b) Former Nazi allies versus an imperfect state whose people rescued a pot load of downed allied fliers from those same Nazi allies, (c) the public and painful dissolution of an artificially united Yugoslavia, and (d) a "little war" that we, the USA and NATO, had no (bleeping) business getting into.
Your argument sounds more like resentment of non Serbian immigrants than an indictment of the Serbs.

So I guess the proper answer would be "maybe"...but that's up to you and those others who enabled Clinton, Germany, and (although you omitted them) Albania.
