“Canada hedged its support by adding that the declaration would be endorsed “in a manner fully consistent with Canada’s Constitution and laws,” a caveat that was included over the objections of that country’s tribal leaders.”

By having “hedged its support”, is Canada concerned that an unqualified “acceptance” of this declaration might be construed somewhere down the road as its having signed on to an international treaty? This makes me wonder what Obama has in store for the U.S.

I honestly don’t know but it sounds like it.

I don’t trust anything Zer0 does and especially this type thing.
