So when the truth finally comes out regarding Obamas’ crime of pretending to be president, and when all the laws and directives enacted since 2008 are found to be illegal, and the country is set on its’ ears constitutionally, LTC Larkin can then sue for millions of dollars because he was right.
He pleaded guilty, and swore under oath that his orders were legal and that he knew his orders were legal when he disobeyed them. So you could prove that Obama was born on Uranus and Lakin still couldn't sue for 10 cents.
He does now have standing to sue. And Lakin did plead "Not guilty" to the missing movement charge.

I don’t think so. The reason is because he still went UA and refused a direct order from his chain of command. He pleaded guilty. Yes the reason he did this never even was part of the case so to sue seems unlikely. I guess he could try, but the monetary amount would come from the case.
