American Jews better wake up fast and become Conservatives, or they may one day suffer the same terrible things that are already starting to happen to their European cousins.
My mother is a Swedish Jew and her parents spent the last 25 years of their lives in Malmo. I have family living in Malmo and the surrounding region, as well as many family friends. Most Jews in Malmo came after World War 2 from Eastern Europe. Many were fled communists either right after the war, or after suffering under Soviet or Polish-communist official antisemitism. Most of those who I have spoken with about politics support the Christian Democrats (largely because they are the party most supportive both of Israel and for their opposition to laws that banned kosher butchering), the Liberal Peoples' Party (libertarians), and the Moderate Party. I haven't met any, but I know that there are Jews in Sweden who support the Sweden Democrats. The former spokesman of the Sweden Democrats and one of the 20 members of Parliament is Kent Ekeroth, who is Jewish. His brother Ted lives in Lund, a small college town/suburb of Malmo, and is a prominent Zionist.

There are not enough Jews to make a difference in Swedish elections, outside of an occasional town council seat. Their fate is sealed, and the tragedy is the refusal of other Jews to notice.

May they get message. . .and not 'later'. Think, of behalf of Jews everywhere (and because of Muslim influence)Christians too, should avoid Sweden; and let the Swedes know, why the change of heart.

Am sick of those - including those here in our Country - who imagine themselves, 'enlightened' when their minds are simply closed to Islamic challenge/threat.

G-d help your family and friends in that area.

IIRC, Maalmo was a favorite place because the Muslims can easily hope a boat
to Denmark, thus easily criss-crossing Europe at will.

Alarmist. This reminds me of how about five years ago, there was talk of how French Jews were under terrible threat, and would all have to flee. Nothing happened - indeed, the JDL in France is so strong that they can openly vandalise Arab bookstores.
