The Constitution does not say that.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
The Constitution doesn't define the word “is” either.
Fundamentally our experiment in self-rule depends upon the honesty and good will of the citizens dedicated to making it work.
The Constitution could be the size of the IRS code, with every possible term define in tightest legal language possible, and evil will still leak through. The most carefully crafted laws will **NEVER** corral evil.

"The Constitution doesn't define the word is either." Which fact does NOT mean you can make up your own arbitrary definition and claim it's there.

You're SO right. Tragic, what all our Founders gave, suffered and lost .. what would they be feeling watching this tyrant in the house they built, emphasized with this fireplace mantle inscription from John Quincy Adams. I can't imagine their grief, as we weep today for our blessed America. They knew that honor was the most vital quality in the men to follow them for this republic to survive.
"I pray heaven to bestow the best of blessings on this house and all that shall hereafter inhabit it. May none but honest and wise men ever rule under this roof. John Adams
