We’ll see what happens. The sentence is going to be for the whole trial. You won’t be able to split it like you want it to be unless, the convening authority drops the missing movement.
IMHO, Lakin was used as a pawn, merely to intimidate other soldiers not to question BO’s legitimacy. I suspect Lakin will be sentenced to 24 months in prison for all 4 counts.
Of course, Lakin will appeal, but like Non-Sequitur, I think that his may be denied.
