In 2006 Army 1st Lt. Ehren Watada refused to deploy to Iraq. His court-martial ended in a mistrial, and he was discharged in 2009. Wataba claimed that as the war was illegal it would make him party to war crimes.
Why was the case against Wataba dropped? Because the Obama Administration was in power.
I was hoping Watada would get many years in jail, but I don’t get all that I wish for...but what a POS!
