Step One: Find a sympathetic prosecuting attorney who is not a fan of Barry Soetoro. That prosecutor can be a district attorney, a state Attorney General, a US Attorney or a Special Counsel of your choosing.
Step Two: Present that evidence to said prosecutor.
Step Three: Ask that said prosecutor launch a Grand Jury investigation into election fraud, perjury, false documents, forgery or any charge that your little heart desires.

Absolutely NOT.
The “Obama is ineligible movement” needs a REAL statuatory Grand Jury not a “citizens grand jury”.
Did a citizen’s grand jury investigate Watergate? Iran-Contra? The Savings and Loan Scandal? Whitewater? The CIA Leaks/Valerie Plame affair? NO, those were investigated by REAL, statuatory grand juries with the power of the indictment and subpoena power.
