He was denied the right to discovery...
oddly enough the same way almost all of the cases trying to determine if Obama is eligible have also been denied the same sort of discovery.
Isn’t that one of the very basic principles of our law system, that we are allowed to subpoena those documents that can prove what we believe to be true, and in a court of law show cause why we believe certain things to be true.
simple question...
Do you believe that Obama is eligible for the office he now holds?
I believe Obama is a communist traitor who should not have been elected. But, unfortunately, he was. And he was sworn in and is now the lawful president and commander-in-chief. Those are the indisputable facts in the matter. Whether he’s eligible or not not is no longer the issue. How to impeach or defeat him is now the question. Sorry, but individual military officers do not have the option of not following his orders.
By the way, if you are correct and Lakin is correct and Obanma’s orders are unlawful, should all of our military officers simply refuse to obey his orders? Or would that be RIDICULOUS?
He was not denied the right of discovery. That right only applies to pertinent data, and the court correctly held that Obama didn’t need to show a birth certificate for the order to be legal. If Obama were found to be a space alien tonight, that wouldn’t cancel out all the harm he has done while acting as US President.
Nor does Lakin face the death penalty. While attached to a Navy squadron, we had a couple of deserters - they just left the base and went into hiding. They missed deployment to a combat zone (yes, we were getting shot at over Iraq long before GW2), were caught, did a bit of prison time and discharged.
