Where do these fallacies come from? The maximum punishment for Art. 87 is two-years confinement, dishonorable discharge/dismissal and forfeiture of all pay and allowances, period.

I don’t know about you but I was always warned prior to a deployment that Missing Movement in wartime was a capital offense.

Maybe it was different in your New Navy...
