I have thought for a while that since a Supreme Court Justice is appointed for life that perhaps it would be good to have a way to end that term: as in hanging.

What’s truly disgusting is that people have bought into the idea that “the Constitution says what the Supreme Court says it does.” Don’t they realize that this logically puts the court into a position of superiority over the Constitution? (And in no wise does the Constitution give the ability to alter, amend, or nullify any portion of the Constitution to the Judiciary.)
