It is beyond the pale to compare this 1/2 term governor with the greatest president of the 20th century. If she completes two successful terms, resurrects the free-market economy, and re-establishes American superiority, then we’ll have something to compare. Right now, she’s accomplished less than 49 other governors.
I’ve never compared Sarah with Reagan, altho I think she shares some of his qualities.
She’s accomplished energizing conservatives all over the country. She made a huge and vital contribution to getting conservatives elected to the House which will make a huge difference in the next two years.
She’s given hope to once apathetic conservatives that we can do something, and we have.
She has liberal heads spinning like Regan in the Exorcist==that alone is worth something.
She’s advanced her positions using the new media and it is working. She’s fought for drilling in the U.S. and in Alaska. Her show was a vivid reminder that most of Alaska is a barren wasteland (not a scenic resort as Jimmy Carter said it was - the old fool) Nothing would be harmed by drilling there, even the wackiest environmentalist would have to agree.
She’s obviously inspired followers to the point that many of us will not only vote for her but will work for her.
Can you name any one, two or three term governors who have accomplished all that?
