It’s weird isn’t it? I was that person twenty years ago..just wanted everyone to get along...hadn’t a clue. I still know some of them- not much to talk about anymore- but it is instructive to listen to their reasoning.
Yes, you have to listen to people like that. I love FR but it is sort of a “Bizarro World”. It’s where I find people who are most in agreement with my personal and political philosophy, but it’s only representative of a small slice of the electorate.
That’s why I keep my ear to the ground and listen to where these other people are coming from. There are way more of them than there are of us.
