In fairness to the mods, they DID pull the original post that set me off. I'm just sick and tired of the increasing amount of profanity I see on this board.

I will go over the top from time to time to make my point.

Geesh. You gotta feel sorry for the guy. If he can’t do any better than Vermont being an international pilot, it just makes you wonder.

I’m all for it...Go Bernie! I’m thinking a 2k tax increase is more desirable than 2 million America-Hating DREAMERS.

“I can’t decide which DemocRATS love more, abortions or taxes. Reductions in either sends them into fits of rage.”

Actually they love homosexuals more than either of these!

I agree, I wish we’d leave the profanity to the DUmp. At least FR doesn’t have the constant blasphemy.

I had to leave for awhile to take my kid to a slumber party—is Bernie still talking, or are they replaying what he spoke about earlier? If he’s live, it sounds like the same exact speech he gave earlier! Is he in endless loop mode?? What are the filibuster rules nowadays???

...I think that someone fed the dark parts of Atlas Shrugged into his teleprompter.

Note the ending of those two great noir films...

Blade Runner

and Brazil

Both have the ending going into nice green meadows

But unfortunately there is no "green and pleasant meadow" in reality

cloture is cloture whether an old-fashioned filibuster or a new-fangled pretend filibuster.

“Go Bernie, If you can close out the session and prevent the Libtards from doing any more damage, you will have done America a service for the first time in your miserable life.”

Exactly.

Run the clock out so Dingy Harry can’t ram through Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell repeal, the Nightmare Act, and heaven knows what else through this Shame Duck session.
