Ford is not adding 1800 jobs. There are already 1100 employees working there. They will only add additional jobs if they go to three shifts, and that depends on sales. The DH is a Ford retiree and works as a supplier rep now. Almost all the news about the Kuga coming to Louisville has been overblown.
