He can testify and the rest of the best trial lawyers in North Carolina will line up for the privilege of representing his kids or he can be his kids' attorney. North Carolina is not a state with a reputation for lowball judgments. ID the Church, the Rev. Mr. Moron, and each participant, obtain a joint and several judgment in the neighborhood of $500 million for intentional infliction of emotional distress upon the children who have lost their mother long and hard to cancer.

Obviously, the jury must be made to know that John Edwards will not receive one penny and that it ill go to the kids only and a guardian from Elizabeth Edwards' family to safeguard their interests. Most of the money will never be collected but each Westboro "Baptist" "Church" participant will be permanently destitute. Bankruptcy court will not relieve such judgments which are punitive in nature.

He didn’t dump her. They were attempting to put their marriage back together, but came to a realization that it was beyond repair. Although she was separated from him, she allowed him to be involved for the sake of their children. I believe he was a her side when she died.

When silverleaf used the phrase ‘their vindictive “god”’, his choice of capitalization and placement of quotes clearly identifies the Westboro idol to be other than the God of Abraham. Your response indicates you failed to make that distinction.

Hence my question regarding whether you supported their theology or not.
