That’s the one I believe the Virginia Congresswoman was referring to.
I also saw it identified as Rep. Slaughter’s Martial Law / Same Day Authority Rule.
They are running wild.
They passed a similar resolution during the Cap and Trade sessions, too.
Don’t know how such a special rule measures up in a free society or why it’s even used.
