The definition of treason is the act of a citizen betraying their nation. If he is not a US citizen, he cannot be a traitor to the US.

You're correct ... Assage (sp) technically can't be convicted of treason against the United States ...
However, as a previous poster on this thread pointed out ... Assage (sp) is NO DIFFERENT than a (non-citizen) Taliban terrorist trying to blow-up the Christians at the Oregon Christmas Tree ceremony ...
Assage's (sp) simple goals:
1) kill American civilians
2) cripple U.S. foriegn relations
3) kill American military personel
4) kill American intelligence operatives
ANY of these acts is worthy of "execution" ... all four taken together equate to his "immediate" termination by the CIA-NSA ...
Assage (sp) KNOWS that the ONLY reason he's still alive is the p#####y sitting in the White House ...
