First, a POTUS should realize he is speaking before the entire world and should never place such a prospect in the realm of possibility.
Second, it’s like: “Nice economy you got there. Shame if something happened to it.”
That was a thinly veiled threat to the nation.
He should be arrested for Treason.
It has happened. He has done it.
There is no longer any doubt as to his true agenda, IMO.
