Frankly I could care less about making LEs job ‘easier’. This idea has kicked the can way down the road to becoming a police state. Those very laws the ‘law & order’ crowd get warm fuzzies over can be used against anyone not currently in vogue. If the FBI has a case then let it be heard on merit. If they screwed up then who is going to be surprised. If the jury fails to hear the facts and instead substitutes their own ideas so be it. If they want Muslim bombers crapping on their neighborhood they deserve it. Its hard to get worked up over the idea of letting a bomber go free when we have Ole Jug Ears in the WH. Its not a different concept really.
