She's back. Delaware Tea Party candidate Christine O'Donnell isn't letting her lop-sided loss November 2 get to her. We hear that she is expanding her spokeswoman role for the Tea Party movement.
Her first stop: the Northern Virginia Tea Party annual banquet set, appropriately, for Pearl Harbor Day, December 7. Northern Virginia Tea Party spokesman Daniel Cortez tells us that while she is filling in for overbooked state Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, who's made headlines for challenging President Obama's healthcare plan, she is working to cement her role as a Tea Party spokesperson.

The Tea Party needs to proceed as if O’Donnell and Paladino never existed. Strapping either of these embarrassing albatrosses around their necks is a move toward irrelevancy.
this is the same crap i hear about gov palin.....what exactly about christine’stands on the issues constitutes an ‘albatross’????
and if not her stand on the issues, then it must be personal, which isnt any way to judge a candidate who has done nothing wrong.
O’Donnell is not going anywhere.
She hoarded nearly a million in campaign funds that she will now use as seed money to take her franchise to the next level.
I would not be surprised if she starts doing reality shows with Kate Gosselin to increase her popularity (oh, we already have a celebrity/politician doing that)
When O'Donnell manages to hold a single elected office, hold down a single real job and manages to do any of that while simultaneously raising a family, get back to me.
Incorrect, SLEEPWALKER:
You can never win a campaign if you don’t understand that the other side is going to shoot back.
If you think that you can take power away from the Democrats and they are just going to lay back and let you do it, you are truly foolish.
Any candidate who is a serious threat to the liberal statist establishment is going to come under heavy attack.
The question then is how do *WE* (you) handle it?
Do you close ranks and support the candidate who is under attack?
Or do you join in the attacks?
Barack Obama has said many crazy things.
Obama says he campaigned in 57 States.
Obama thinks the US Constitution is 20 centuries old.
Obama promised to introduce INefficiencies into the health care system.
Obama said “THE TIME HAS CHANGED TO COME”
See:
So why did Obama win?
Because Democrats close ranks and stick up for their candidate.
Republicans (not conservatives, but Republicans) form a circular firing squad and destroy each other.
Chritine O’Donnell has taken on the most difficult races in a Democrat-leaning State.
Christine ran against friggin JOE BIDEN in 2008, in a Democrat landslide year.
Palin ran in a Republican-leaning Alaska.
Candidates who have taken on easy low-hanging fruit do not deserve half the credit of someone who has taken on the big game in strongly Democrat states.
Any candidate who takes on the big targets over overwhelming odds deserves our honor and praise.
wideawake is 100% asleep, and not worthy to carry Christine O’Donnell’s bumper sticker.
The main differences between COD and Palin:
1)Talent
2)Executive experience
3)COD ran in a heavy blue state while Palin will be in a country with many red and purple states.
What is your relationship with O'Donnell historically? What has your role been in her thre failed campaigns?
You have already stated on these boards that you were the mastermind of her pathetic, frivolous lawsuit against the conservative think tank ISI. The one that was certified by the conservative-hating, ultra-liberal EEOC.
How about it, newbie?
Nope, you are wrong. In the primaries the Hillary camp vs the Obama camp could not be missed.
Even after Obama was selected there were those from the Hillary camp that were not on board with Obama.
You just can’t get to these threads ahead of the O-bot Gay Brigades.
How is O’Donnell an imitator? She’s been advocating conservative positions years before anyone ever heard of Palin. Both of them are media people, neither of them are holding government jobs right now, and both of them are out there trying to get camera time to keep themselves in the public consciousness.
They are different. Why are we insisting on the same kind of D.C. conservative that let liberal spending policies run wild?
CORRECT. Chrisitne O’Donnell has been a passionate advocate for conservative principles and policies since 1993, when Sarah Palin did not even know what a conservative was.
WIDEAWAKE gives us all a good laugh with the pathetic post:
“Moseley, perhaps you should give the other participants on the thread full disclosure.”
FIRST, notice how I am using my real name!
I don’t think that wideawake is this poster’s (Kristin Murray’s) family name.
I don’t see anyone named wideawake in the phone book.
So thank you for giving us all a good laugh.
Second, my successful role in running Christine O’Donnell’s successful 2008 primary in which she won the Republican nomination for US Senate in Delaware is a matter of public record.
Why would I need to disclose what is already well known?
Or are you talking without knowing what you are talking about?
Third, why would disclosure apply only to some and not others?
Show us how it is done, wideawake...
Disclose all of your relationships with political candidates and parties, starting with your name.
Republicans (not conservatives, but Republicans) form a circular firing squad and destroy each other.
You got that right! A lot of them are FReepers...but not Republicans. They don't have the numbers to change the Republican Party but seem to think voting a third party would be better...and gave us Bill Clinton.
BIG MISTAKE.
Tea Party should ditch this crazy woman ASAP!
O'Donnell took on and defeated the GOP establishment.
DITTO!
