Swarthy, you need to hang out with Shermy more. A respectable Chardonnay, particularly with notes of citrus and vanilla, served just 10 degrees under room temperature, dry, yet with hints of good fruit, is the perfect companion on a beer run.
At least my Mamá always thought so, and we lost damn few houses to propane fires.
