“Yeah, I didn’t realize that you were one of those guys. Too bad that career politician Ron Paul has never been able to escape that safe little district in Texas, he couldn’t be a Governor or a Senator, because like any of the weirdos such as Charlie Rangel, or Ron Dellums, or whoever, they can only seek celebrity and fortune from their safe little districts.”

Oh, right, this is where I’m supposed to go, “Waaah, you hurt Ron Paul, I’m gonna tell!” Because you’d rather distract than address my concerns that Palin hasn’t really tackled some very important issues (just like your heroes McCain and Bush, who came down on the RINO side, just like you wanted). And of course you’d rather whine about anything but my point that the Rove/Bushie/McQueeg vs. Palin “fight” hasn’t really shown well where they strongly disagree on anything.

No there is no use to waste time on a guy that doesn’t really do politics, but instead worships at the altar of celebrity.

Ron Paul couldn’t rise above being only a congressman in electoral politics, but he sure knows how to capitalize on celebrity and live well as a perennial candidate.

So who should have Republicans voted for AL Gore or Obama?
