Paul voted for a tax increase by voting against a tax increase. That makes sense to you?

The fact is, Paul voted for a tax increase by voting for a tax increase.

He didn't vote for a tax cut of any kind - he supported Nancy Pelosi's position of raising some taxes and keeping some taxes the same.

It's really, really simple to understand.
