This is horse$#!+. Paul voted for censure of Rangel. He voted for extending the middle class tax cuts. And he said that we can’t prosecute Assange for treason because he’s Australian.

Paul voted for censure of Rangel.
Paul voted for a motion to change "censure" to "reprimand." So he tried to stop Rangel from being censured. When that motion lost he gave in and voted for censure, but it wasn't the outcome he wanted.
