President Barack Obama is in Afghanistan on an unannounced trip, one year after widening a war that has grown even deadlier for U.S. forces.

Granted, I'd not choose Afghanistan as a "vacation destination", but, jeez, the guy spends more time in the air than on the ground.
FR used to run a number of pics of BO with the Troops. For the most part, they don't look to happy to be there. There was one thread after his inauguration that talked about the - I think it was the cadets at the Point - who were instructed when to show up, where to sit, etc etc. one of those "Everyone will attend. Everyone will enjoy themselves. That is all." moments.
Not quite as good as the pic of the (major? I think?) getting his pic made with Hillary! and quietly flashing the hand signal for 'I'm doing this under duress'. That's a classic.
These clowns no only have no respect for our military, but their contempt leads them to underestimate our soldiers, too. Fools.
Our troops are professionals and will behave as such. They know all about obama and how little he cares about any of us and our country. They will give the OFFICE the respect it deserves but obama has to know inside how they really feel about him as we all do.
I HEARD THAT HE WAS DEFECTING!
