I don’t think this story is saying any units being deployed or moving.

The article seems to be about of an adjustment in North Korea’s arsenal. They have about 100 more rocket launchers than previously estimated.

Bloomberg’s article title says “bolsters” artillery forces and says they numbers have “increased”

Yonhap says they have “moved” 100 additional MLRS into the area, quoting a ROK official. And the title says “deploy”/

That doesn’t sound like a bean counter who messed up, sounds like they have moved some additional forces in.

Interesting to note the full Yonhap article mentions the NORKs have deployed SA-5s to the border. I was under the impression they kept those longer range SAM sites further back.
