Christine O’Donnell: I‘m ’Tempted‘ to Vote for Hillary in ’12
The Blaze ^ | 11/30/10 | Jonathon M. Seidl

From ABC’s George Stephanopoulos:

Christine O’Donnell wants Hillary Clinton to challenge President Obama — and she’s willing to help.

“I would love to see her take out Obama in the primary. You know, I would even be tempted to change my registration so that I could vote for her in the Democratic primary,” she told me during “GMA’s” Morning Mix.

O’Donnell praised Clinton via Twitter yesterday for her handling of the WikiLeak situation.

“You Go Girl!!” she wrote. “She’s no Reagan yet her verbal lashing against wikileak is tough- watch out Obama!”

The exchange also included talk of Sarah Palin. Mediaite explains:

Oddly, O’Donnell didn’t even mention mentor Sarah Palin until fellow guest D.L. Hughley brought her up, initially saying of possible GOP challengers that “anybody is better than Obama.”

Hughley gave Palin as an example of someone who’s not better than Obama. O’Donnell replied that “Sarah shoots from the hip,” to which Hughley responded, “So does a greeter at Wal-Mart, but I wouldn’t want him to run for President.”

Stephanopoulos then asked O’Donnell about Joe Scarborough’s scathing commentary on Palin, and O’Donnell gamely defended the former Alaska Governor.

I liked Christine O'Donnell before the election and I still like her now. She would have been a solid conservative vote in the Senate and infinitely better than Coons or Castle.

Rove would cover up any dirty laundry of an approved candidate.

Christine O'Donnell apparently is a "lightweight" after all! It appears to me to be a rather unenlightened, superficial take on the Hillary WikiLeak's comments. Maybe Christine thinks that being female is more important than substance like Hillary's support of socialism and abortion.

And if Her Slickness won the nomination and bumped out Zero, it would be harder to have any conservative capture the WH in 12..Hillary would be very formidable...The male nominees under consideration are all too spinless..Palin would take her on and at the least it would be quite a cat fight.

Hillary should be discouraged from running, because Obama is toxic. She’s not.

Strategy shmategy - if there's even the slightest chance she might win the general election, you can't let her win the primary! The thought of her and the horndog moving back into the WH, it's obscene.

It's like getting the rattlesnake out of your house by inviting a cobra in - you might think you won, but...

Like Rove, I also thought she was a bad choice from the beginning. But so was the RINO she ran against. It’s another case of no one worthy of your vote. The best thing that could have happened is that a bearded Marxist wins, and proceeds to embarrass the Dems. The current GOP Presidential field is only barely better than that.

Or the fact that the Wikileaks were EXTREMELY damaging to Hillary?

I mean how tone deaf do you have to be?

They are talking about FIRING Hillary as Secretary of State, and 0’Donnell “the lightweight” is attempting to seriously suggest she is going to take out 0bama for the Democrat nomination?

I mean, I knew she was dumb BEFORE..... but NOW......Wow!

In Washington state, we don’t register by party and it was possible to “crossover” vote in the primary to try and get a beatable candidate into the general election. Now that Washington has the “top two” rule, it’s not practical; you could end up with two Democrats running for the same position.

I want to hear from O’Donnell about political strategy about as much as I want to hear from Vince McMahon about running a professional football league.

It’s sure starting to look like Rove was right.

At any rate she is driving the stake in the heart of her political career.

Put a fork in her, She is done.
