The whole point of 2008 was that these people spent too much time finding common ground since 2000. The whole point of the Tea Party was that they should spend less time finding common ground in the future. Now that conservatism has “worked through the system” as so many here seem to prefer, and the GOP still refuses to listen, what to do...

Rush says a teaching moment has been lost, about what conservatism is, sticking to it and saying “no”. Cantor and McConnell are old school knicker boys in gorilla warfare. Entirely out of place, out of step and need to be harranged by US, by Palin, by the Tea Party, like NOW!! We have caved this morning to nanny state. Unacceptable!

I’ve never held my breath that obama and pelosi will be stopped. I don’t care what Hannity’s “express” says.

As I said on another thread, the republicans will be blamed for everything for the next two years. And rightfully so but for the wrong reasons. The real reason will be “bi-partisanship”.
