Well, I sure struck a nerve with you.
I’m referring to Ann’s nonsensical rift with WND on the birther issue and her speech to GOProud (I guess I shouldn’t have written the LCR, but they’re essentially the same). Instead of defending her BC position and accepting the speaking invitation with facts and logic, Ann (in response to being uninvited) lashes out at Joseph Farah of WND by name-calling and throwing ‘mud’.
She said he was a fake Christian, swine, a publicity whore, etc. (are these not ‘lying assumptions’ in your estimation?), because he felt that AC was legitimizing the gay agenda and compromising her conservative agenda by doing that.
Her response was unprofessional, to say the least, and harmful to the unity of those who want to return America to where it should be, according to the Constitution.
I was merely supposing that AC would do the same for this gentleman, whose name escapes me at the moment. Sort of an obligitory dog and pony show so her lefty friends in Manhattan will invite her to another coctail party.
Sure, AC can be brutally honest. But when it comes to the birther issue, to not acknowledge that there are legitimate questions as to whether 0bama is truly eligible to be POTUS is not being honest, imo.
Finally, I am not a member of the LCR organization nor am I a sympathizer. I simply want my country back to where the Founders and the Constitution says it should be. Maybe you can add that to your notes as well.
He assumed (like you?) that her speaking at GOProud would be detrimental to conservatism when in fact it was just the opposite.
He got a lot of attention from attacking Coulter which is why she described him as a publicity whore.
Then he snuggled up to the homos and invited them to speak at his event!
So I guess that would mean that Farahs action "was unprofessional, to say the least, and harmful to the unity of those who want to return America to where it should be, according to the Constitution."
(Your statement fits Farah rather than Coulter.)
Hypocritical to say the least.
Coulter is a fantastic writer, but some people just don't get her so must criticize from that view point. No problem but I will respond when one of my "nerves" gets hit with unsubstantiated slams against Coulter.
Posting little digs at Coulter isn't going to help get our "country back to where the Founders and the Constitution says it should be."
She is right on track with that so it seems the three of us have something in common.
Well said, and factual.
