To be honest if BO is not a natural born US citizen it will be such a freaking mess that could take decades to sort out.

No. There were birth announcements several days later, but neither announcement lists a place of birth, so it doesn't prove a whole lot.

there are birth announcements in a Hi paper but remember in 1961 you could have a child in Germany, Sweden even Kenya and register the birth in Hi.
