Have called John and left messages. No luck so far.
Here's hoping he gets it fixed soon.

LOL - We had AT&T, but had all sorts of problems. Switched to old Juno and we haven’t had issues until now. I’ll blame Firefox.

This never happened when Jim Thompson ran the place.
FR started acting up for me this morning at around 01:00 hours central time.
Search still isn’t working and most threads are still malfunctioning.

Think that white CAT5 cable may be loose... Nah - more likely one of those fibre loops has cracked the glass; if the light hits where the glass touches it gets through, otherwise it bounces back. ;^)
Damn 503's are a pain - likely a DoS attack. Thanks for all you, John, and the crew do, Jim.

could be related to Centurylink Internet IP being down for hours Saturday.
It was slow and wacky even before and after Centurylink went back up around 9PM.

Nope - I can ping both, and both answer up fast... "ping" demonstrates that both servers have operable IP stacks and therefore, the O/S is up. But it does not guarantee that the web services are operating. [Trust me. I am an operating system geek, but I don't play one on TV.]
To: Jim Robinson
It’s just slow because all our traffic is being routed through the NSA. Nah! They know they don’t have to worry about FR.
