I also wrote in Tancredo in the election, and flat our refuse to vote the lessor of 2 evils.
When GW was running the second time I got talked into the lessor of two evils thing. When I look back at his second term, I see very little different than if Kerry won.
I have come to the conclusion that voting for a Rhino is like giving in to a 2 yr old who kicks you to get what they want... you just encourage bad behavior.
I supported Tancredo in the primaries because he ran on the hopes that his presence would force the Republican party to get serious about the problems created by lack of border security and by flooding the country with illegal aliens and ‘guest workers’. Tancredo is also acutely aware of how globalization and political correctness are contributing to the destruction of our nation’s sovereignty, culture, and middle class.

Well besides algernonpj’s horrible grammar (so I can’t really take him seriously as any kind of “operative” much less his opinion), Keyes and Tancredo are caricatures of conservatives. Neither could carry one state... Duncan Hunter would have a better chance and he has the personality and appeal of someone running for city council.
