i don’t like it. What if california decides to repeal freedom of speech to keep people from criticizing al gore’s stupid ass global warming bullshit?

What if new york decides to repeal right to due process when applied to women’s rights issues? ie, if you are accused of stalking, you go to jail without a trial? or if you say something critical of gays?

Then they would need 2/3rds of the states to agree with them.

The Constitution itself would stay intact. This only applies to legislation and regulations forced on us by the Federal government.
