Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Thursday that his country would get involved if Israel entered Lebanon. Speaking in Beirut, Erdogan asked, "They want to invade Lebanon and Gaza with advanced planes and tanks, to kill women and children, to destroy medical centers and schools, and expect us to remain silent?"

If Israel enters Lebanon, they should at least have the common courtesy to give the country a reach-around.
Should Turkey intervene against Israel, it could quickly escalate into a nuclear confrontation. Turkey would lose big time.
Muslims need to know that Israel will never allow itself to be destroyed by all of the Arab armies combined, plus the Iranians. The Israelis will fight to the death any and all aggressors who would attempt to destroy the Jewish homeland.
What could we expect from our Muslim president BO Plenty in the event of another Israeli-Arab conflict? He would probably withold any military aid to Israel in the name of “fairness” to his fellow Muslim brothers.

Every time, and I mean EVERY time the Israelis have ventured into Lebanon it was because they were being attacked from within Lebanese territory. These attacks were unprovoked, aimed at Jewish civilians, and without regard for the citizens of Lebanon anyways.

Israel would be completely at peace with her neighbors in a New York minute if the Muslims would simply allow it. But to them, the very existence of Israel is the problem. No different for this Turk and his Islamo-fundementalist party.

They have. It all began about ten years ago. Turkey’s military is still somewhat moderate (i.e., secular in its philosophy), but that is quickly changing.
Erdogan might want to review the films of the 1967 ass kicking Israel administered to the combined forces of Egypt, Syria and Jordan.
