Which, to so many supposedly conservative Freepers, means he’s a pot-smoking libtard who loves big government programs, but just doesn’t want to pay for it.

As far as government programs, I get the impression he doesn’t want that at all, which would definitely fall under what I know about the Libertarian party platform [from listening to Neal Boortz]. Seems like they’re “stay out of our business” small-government types.
So why would anyone think Glenn Beck smokes pot because he’s a Libertarian? I’ve only heard him say he’s a recovering alcoholic and just assumed he’s against substance abuse.
