Appeals won’t clear him “on evidence”; only if the law was not properly followed in the trial. IF he appeals to the Board of Pardons and Paroles, a seven-member paid body appointed by the governor (all Perry appointees) and confirmed by the state Senate, he would have to admit guilt. He may to serve several years before he can appeal to that board. PERRY HAS NO AUTHORITY TO PARDON HIM.

We Shall see what twisted law was introduced how the sham was perpetrated, he will win on appeal guaranteed.
