The problem here in Iowa is the Huckster has a large base of evangelicals who love his phony “God words”.

They have told me Sarah isn’t a good Christian because biblically she should stay home and raise her kids, not run for public office.

They want a preacher (remember, they thought Pat Roberson would be a good president) and see their vote as a test of their religious piety.

They will split the conservative vote in Iowa, Romney will win and the establishment will proclaim him the frontrunner going into New Hampshire.

Just as in 2008, the conservatives could lose by splitting their votes, and the establishment squish RINO will garner the nomination.

No biggie, let Huck have Iowa and Mitt New Hampshire. Palin will take South Carolina and Florida, which is all that really matters.

UGH. That's crazy, but I most assuredly believe you.

Yep. Mitt’s got NH sewn up, so if he wins Iowa it could all be over very quickly. It is worth a great amount to the Roves of the world to have Huck in Iowa.
