It’s five (5) votes from each phone line! Also you can vote online (but the trick of voting from multiple email won’t work because they filter multiple email votes that come from the same IP (as it should be). You can also text the last four digits of their number to vote via text - and yes, you can use all three methods and it’s not cheating because everyone can do the same.
