"Excellent — Sarah holding a beating Halibut heart in her hand." I was hoping that someone on board did an Andrew Zimmern and take that heart and pop it in his mouth. It’s an Alaskan tradition that the first halibut you catch, if you want to be a good fisherman, you have to eat the heart.
