If this doesn’t work to improve their self-image, I suppose the next step of affirmative action would be to put their criminal records onto whites.
Why you could just pick whites out of the population at random to make it fair(er)and put a criminal record on them, assessing each so many juvie busts, a few minor misdemeanors and then some heavy felonies.
Just look at what that would do to the job market, college applications, and applications to country clubs.
This is already the point of schools' "zero tolerance" policy: get enough white kids busted for making pictures of guns, and you can bust black kids for actual violence without your statistics showing anything that you can be accused of racism for.
