Who in the hell votes for people like him, Barney Frank, Rangel, etc.The people in the crannies of NC-2 for whom the district was massively gerrymandered. FOlks in Garner and Fayetteville in particular (pull out a map: those towns are about 70 miles apart and not even at the farther ends of this district).
