Bush should have pardoned Libby. It was a political fishing expedition.

Sure. But what you are saying (or any of us) is that YOU would have pardoned Libby. I say this because neither your or I are George Bush.

Perhaps he has higher standards, as I have witnessed in the past.

Maybe he thought it would damage the party more than it would help.

Who knows?

By NOT doing so, he has certainly set the example for NOT GOING AROUND THE LAW.

By NOT doing so, he has certainly set the example for NOT GOING AROUND THE LAW.

And set the example of why you should never work for Bush or give him any support.

There is plenty of law, one could cut it to pieces, run it through a meat grinder, and there would still be plenty to go around, and it would work just as well.

Bush certainly did a great job of painfully detouring around justice, wouldn't want to get any of that on his hands.

Sorry, but George Bush didn’t give a damn for the “party.” He used it to get elected, but once that was accomplished its leaders were discarded like used Kleenex. He certainly doesn’t give a damn about it now.
