The Republicans have been elected to fix the economy, if this isn't accomplished they will be voted out next election.
Government cannot 'fix' the economy. They can only fix the government's drain on the economy. The Republicans have been elected to fix government - not the economy. One major task will be to get the government the hell out of the way of entrepreneurs and wealth-creators.
