CA-11: Jim Costa (D) leads Andy Vidak (R) by 2,422 votes. CA-20: Jerry McNerney (D) leads David Harmer (R) by 1,783 votes. first of all, Jerrry McNerney and David Harmer are from District 11, not 20... secondly, i just heard today that David Harmer is now within 100 votes with about 8,000 more to count... there will likely be a recount... i am hopeful!
