As much as I would love to support Sarah for president, this is just one more reason I have very serious doubts. It DOES matter how she parents. They have been in the public eye long enough for those girls, at their age, to project a better public face. Language like that does not endear me to them. It’s like the whole family is just an inch away from wigging out. When is it going to happen? Piper is cute as heck, but she is extremely willful and will follow the way of Bristol and Willow. I have no problem with the tv show and I want to love Sarah, but I’m just really sick of them and their extremely bad choices. And I have to wonder how many others just like me, conservative to my core, are feeling the same way.
IMHO*, Facebook is more trouble than it’s worth.
As the Mom, Sarah should lay down the law that no one in the family use or access Facebook for anything.
This would mean that Sarah would have to “give up” her Facebook account. No biggie. I’m sure and of the blogging sites would welcome her and her traffic with open arms.

No facebook for my kids. No google, no gmail, no youtube, no yahoo, no chat, either.
We have a proxy web server with a whitelist of web sites and our own mail server.
All email entering and exiting the house is copied to my account.
With nine children, there’s no other way to restrict or monitor their internet activity, other than forbidding it altogether and pulling the plug.
Why in the hell do they have Facebook accounts? They should delete them. End of story.

I really don’t see what the big deal is these two libs sound like absolute aholes. They must get a lot of crap from their classmates and that’s sad so I can totally see why they would lash out like that. But, while I think the Palins are just acting like your average American teens they will need to learn that they will be under constant scrutiny. I’m sure Sarah and Todd will explain that to them.
